How this one is built
- Window 80 x 50 mm in the front face. Remember to cost the film.
- Sleeve: four faces around a glued seam, open top and bottom. Slides over a tray, a drawer or the bare product.
- Each face scores at internal + 1.5 mm, because half a caliper disappears into every corner.
- The depth (90 mm) needs no compensation: nothing folds inward at the ends.
- Glue flap 14 mm, trimmed 1.5 mm at both ends so the seam does not bulge.
