Who you are dealing with

BoxCad is operated by Hobrecker Webdesign, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number pending, VAT number pending. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we sell

A single generated file, delivered as a download immediately after payment. There is no subscription and no account. The download link stays valid for 30 minutes and may be used up to five times.

What you may do with it

The files you generate are yours. You may use them commercially, modify them, and manufacture any number of boxes from them. No attribution is required. You may not resell the generator itself or present it as your own service.

What we do not promise

Every dieline is folded and measured automatically before you receive it, and that catches construction faults that a drawing alone does not. It is not a substitute for a physical sample. Board behaves differently by supplier, by batch and by humidity, and a die is expensive to correct. Always make a physical sample before ordering a die. We are not liable for tooling, print or production costs arising from a file used without one.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If the site is down when you have paid but not yet downloaded, contact us and you will get your file or your money back.

Which law applies

Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
