The 14-day right of withdrawal

For most things bought online in the EU you have 14 days to change your mind. Digital content delivered immediately is the exception: the right lapses once delivery starts, but only if you agreed to that beforehand. That is what the tick box at checkout is for, and it is why the pay button stays disabled until you tick it. If you would rather keep the 14 days, do not tick it and do not buy — email us and we will send an invoice instead.

When we refund anyway

If the file is broken, does not open, does not match the box you configured, or is geometrically wrong, tell us and you get your money back. No argument and no time limit. That is a promise about our own quality, separate from anything the law requires.

What we cannot refund

A file that is correct but turned out not to be the box you wanted, and any cost incurred downstream from using a file without making a physical sample first.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your order number, which is in the address bar on the order page and on your receipt. Refunds go back to the same payment method, usually within a few working days.
