How this one is built
- Telescope box: two trays, lid over base. Both pieces sit on one blank and are die-cut together.
- The lid is 4.5 mm wider internally than the base: 3.0 mm for the base board plus 1.5 mm working clearance.
- Lid height 40.5 mm over a 90 mm base. For a fully closed box the lid has to be at least as tall as the base.
- Both pieces have glued corners.
