How this one is built
- Folding order: 1) front and back wall up. 2) dust flaps in. 3) side wall up, over the roll bridge, inner wall down. 4) let the inner wall rest on the base. 5) close the lid.
- Roll bridge = 3.40 mm: 1 layer(s) of 1.5 mm plus 0.40 mm clearance.
- Front and back wall are inset 1.50 mm at both ends so they fall inside the ear plane. Without that set-back the lid ear runs straight into the front wall.
- The inner wall simply rests on the base; the dust flaps hold the roll by friction.
