What this site is
A generator for packaging dielines. You enter dimensions, it draws and verifies a flat blank, and you download it. Designing and the PDF are free; production files are paid.
Complaints
Write to [email protected]. Complaints are answered within 14 days. If an answer needs longer than that, you will be told so within those 14 days along with when to expect it.
Alternative dispute resolution
We are not affiliated with, and are not obliged to use, any alternative dispute resolution body. If a complaint cannot be settled between us, you are free to take it to the competent court, and as a consumer you may do so in your own country of residence.
The European Commission's ODR platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, so there is no longer a European complaints form to link to.
